First day, first hour this brute of a buck steps out. Prior to shooting this buck saw another huge buck that was too far a way for a shot. This is why you go to Canada for deer like this. |

| Why? |
This was my fourth straight year hunting with Bob Irvin and you can't ask for any better setup for deer hunting. He uses all local guides that are hunting on their own property so they know the area and the deer movement. Also accommodations and food are first class. I don't know of a better place to go for big bucks. |

Dear Sir, I really enjoy your publication of The Hunting Report. It is very informative for the traveling hunter. 2003 will be my 17th year to Alberta, Canada, for trophy whitetail. Since 1999 I have been hunting with Bob Irvine at Wolf-Creek Outfitters. And I am booked for life with him because his hunts are in such high demand. Irvine puts on an excellent hunt. He does his homework on those big bucks year round. His guides are very professional and know that country very well. And the food is outstanding in camp. The lodge at Wolf-Creek is a very comfortable 4000-square-foot cabin. With clean beds and showers in each bedroom. Bob works very hard to make sure every hunter in camp has a good hunt. They hunt hard and do not waste any daylight hours. Irvine is probably running the best hunt in western Canada for trophy whitetail. I was up in Alberta in February for a mountain lion hunt and after I tagged out, Irvine drove over to my lion camp in western Alberta and picked me up and took me up to Lac La Biche where we deer hunt, and we looked for sheds and walked deer trails for a week. That really impressed me from the stand point that I am not a number in camp but a friend. And he is constantly driving up to Lac La Biche from his home in southern Alberta to work on stands and get ready for the November season. I am hunting with a outfitter who takes pride in his camp. And that is why I am booked with him for life. Anybody looking for a outstanding hunt for monster whitetail in western Canada should consider Wolf-Creek.

Bob offered for me to come back second time; still no mule deer activity. Bob bought these tags on advice of guide and he will probably be selling those tags off. No mule deer were taken by his hunters on this area. I still feel Bob is the premier whitetail outfitter in Canada. |

SUMMARY
REMARKS |
 |
| Problems
of Hunt: |
None. As always there are some problems but Bob Irvine works to handle each and every problem that might occur. His people work very hard. |
| Highlights
of Hunt: |
This is a great hunt. 171 1/4 deer. Bob did his best to give me an opportunity. What more can you ask for? |
| Equipment
Recommendations: |
Be prepared for the cold. Northern Outfitters is the best by far but this years temperatures were above average. |
| Would You
Recommend This Hunt to a Friend? |
Yes |
| Why? |
I've never seen such quality deer taken in one week of hunting. Bob has a 1 x 1 guide for each hunter and it pays off. Shelia's baking and cooking were absolutely the best and the lodge is premo! Bob certainly has a first class operation. He treats each hunter as if they were the only hunter in the camp. A tremendous effort on his part. |

I am sending this letter, along with a completed Hunting Report, to verify that Bob Irvine of Wolf Creek Outfitters, Ltd. is for real. I was very impressed with the effort put forth by Bob and all of his guides (1 x 1, a big factor in my opinion) to put you in the right spot and produce for you the opportunity to take a nice buck. I was there the week of November 13-18 and was able to take a fine deer at 171 1/4 gross. Also, that week produced a 191, 158, 168 1/4, 143 and 160. Top-notch quality.
Your experience includes first class accommodations in a log lodge overlooking Lake Lao La Biche, Shelia
