I thought the hunt was a free ranging hunt, but was not. We should have seen a great deal more animals. About 20 does a day was all I saw. And a couple of stags roaring some days. Nothing like I read about. |

My only complaint about this hunt was the poor job the booking agent Vance Corrigan of The Hunting Consultants did for me. He game me very little help in arranging the hunt with outfitter. He has never called or written to me about how I did on hunt.

This was a pre-roar hunt so stags were in the thickets and hiding. I saw between 1,000-1,300 deer per day. The capes on the three stags I took were in perfect condition. Animals were tremendously fat. |
