Major Game Animals Taken: Pronghorn - Availability: Abundant - Trophy Size: Above average. Game Sought But Not Taken: Game Condition Comments: Antelope were everywhere. Average ones were easy to get to, but a little travel into the backcountry revealed some really nice ones. Saw lots of mule deer also which I will return to hunt some other time.

Problems of Hunt: Highlights of Hunt: This was my wife's hunt. I was there to take photos. She took her first big game species in a relaxed environment. Equipment Recommendations: Shooting sticks or a bipod. Also bring a gun for varmints as you will probably fill your tags early and have some time for coyotes and prairie dogs. If you are looking for a luxury lodge where you are waited on hand and foot, this is not the place for you. If you want to spend your hunt intoxicated and telling raunchy stories around a campfire with a bunch of guys, this is not the place for you. However if you enjoy the hunting experience of stalking and taking game, then sharing stories and experiences with new friends, and want to have somewhere that you can take your wife and children to, then this is your place. You will not find a friendlier operation. They take you in as if you are a new member of their (very big) family. There is a good reason they were named SCI outfitter of the year. They also coordinated a local taxidermist and meat processor, both of whom were reasonably priced.

Problems of Hunt: None. Highlights of Hunt: Just a great place to see lot of game and have allot of fun. Equipment Recommendations: As usual good optics. Would You Recommend This Hunt to a Friend? Yes Why? A non-stressful hunt with plenty of action. All the hunters in camp were successful on Antelope scoring in the 70s and mullies in the 150-160-class range. This outfit is very organized and knows how to make their clients happy. They also offer Bison hunts.

Easy going hunt with good game animals. We put a stalk on a 180-class buck but couldn't make it work. After we were done with the big game, we spent a couple days calling in Coyotes and shooting prairie dogs.

Problems of Hunt: None whatsoever. Good job done by everyone. Highlights of Hunt: Making three long, one-shot kills at 230, 260 and 296 yards. Equipment Recommendations: Laser rangefinder is a big help. Would You Recommend This Hunt to a Friend? Yes Why? There is good deer and antelope hunting although numbers are defenitely down over a few years ago.
