I thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality of ranch owners, Tim and Jackie Pricer. They obviously love their property and are great stewards of both the land and the game. Thus, this ranch can, and does, produce record blacktails. |
| Equipment
Recommendations: |
Sunglasses and sunscreen are essential. Your rifle (and your shooting skill) should be capable of shots out to 300 yds. You don't have to be in sheep-shape, but be physcially fit and wear sturdy hiking boots. |

This ranch offers the trophy hunter looking for a truly large blacktail the best opportunity to take a large deer, at least that I know of. |

I would recommend that the hunter obtain a tag for black bear, as they are abundant. Also consider hunting a management deer after you take your trophy.....there are some gagger 3-points on the ranch.
