The game is there, you have to hunt for it.

I just returned from a hunt with Gavin Rorke Safaris from June 26th to July 11th, 2011. The hunt was a spectacular success thanks to my PH Gavin Rorke. He has just taken possession of the Dande North Concession. I stayed at his new camp high above the Zambezi River. The view was beautiful. We had multiple leopard feeding on bait immediately. I took a 7 1/2-foot, 160 lbs, 15 3/4-inch tom leopard at 6:25 p.m. on day #5. Gavin uses tree blinds which are very effective. I shot a lioness on day #9. My 105 1/2 SCI buffalo was taken on the banks of the Zambezi, 1 1/2 miles from Mozambique on day #11 of the 14 day hunt. Gavin is a wonderful person and extremely hard working. He takes great pride in his work and camps. His trackers have been with him for 20 years since he hunted at Binga with Russ Broom. Gavin is extremely knowledgeable about dangerous game hunting and extremely good at conversation. Bill Williamson (Fair Chase, Ltd., Austin, Texas) was my booking agent. Bill does a great job to prepare you for the hunt. I would love to hunt with Gavin again.
