All five rifle hunters, tagged out by day five of a 10 day hunt. The one archery hunter also harvested a bear by the 10 day of the hunt.

Caribou - Availability: Scarce - Trophy Size: 335 SCI Points Moose - Availability: Abundant - Trophy Size: 60 inches. Game Sought But Not Taken: Game Condition Comments: The resident caribou herd was small but contained some outstanding bulls. The migratory herd was still way west of our spike camp. There were a lot of bears both black and grizzly. The 60-inch moose I took in Berchardf Creek was very good. The area has a lot of moose. Mine was the smallest taken in our camp. Brown bears were everywhere (no permit).

Game Sought But Not Taken: Game Condition Comments: We were in a migration route. The weather had been warm and the caribou was not migrating yet. Very tough walking. I did not see any real trophy bulls.
