Watching lots of nice bucks chase does around my stand. I passed up many big bucks waiting for a real monster. I shot a very nice 5x5 on the last day. |

One could hunt for whitetail for 10 years in North Dakota and never see as many nice bucks. The potential for a record book is very real. |

Lyle and his father Ken have access to lots of prime whitetail country. This is a small family run business and they take very good care of you. There were very few periods of time that deer were not visible. I passed on a few very nice bucks early in the hunt hoping for a book whitetail. After all you will never shoot a really big buck if you shoot the first big buck that comes along. This whitetail hunt was special for me because I have never hunted whitetail in an area where I could take this attitude, Canadian and US customs were very reasonable. They did their jobs with no undue hassle. I must admit I was pleasantly surprised.
