Condition Comments: |
This was an epic adventure archery hunt in extreme conditions and terrain. I was fortunate to take an exceptional Bighorn Ram with my bow. I can't say enough about this outfitter, my guide Alan Douglas and this rare opportunity to bowhunt tremendous Alberta Bighorn Rams in the rut in November. |

| Would You
Recommend This Hunt to a Friend? |
yes |
| Why? |
Great people and a great opportunity for a true adventure bowhunt. Only 8 non-resident Bighorn Sheep allocations are permitted in this area (Canmore Bowzone) per year and Simpson Stone Sheep Ltd currently holds 4 of these. The Simpson family as outfitted this hunt for decades and are wonderful and knowledgeable folks to deal with. If you need an archery Bighorn I highly recommend this hunt without hesitation. |

HUNTER COMMENTS AND/OR OUTFITTER/BOOKING AGENT REBUTTAL |
 |
|
My ram may turn out to be the largest taken by this outfitter. Preliminary green scores are mid 180's. 10.5 year old with heavy bases (16") and massive broomed 39" horns. I was very, very fortunate to take this exceptional trophy. Alan Douglas was my guide and was absolutely fantastic. There were no details that Alan overlooked. His tireless dedication to my needs and our success was amazing. The ram is as much his as it is mine.
