The second booking agent I contacted was Keith Atcheson of Jack Atcheson & Sons. He recommended a hunt that takes place in Utah on an excellent CWMU ranch with an established outfitter who kills some mule deer bucks each year ranging between 170 and 190. The cost of this five-day hunt is $6,500 and is guided 1 x 1. The outfitter stays in camp through the duration of the hunt. Clients fly into Salt Lake City. The outfitter provides a shuttle for the ride to the ranch near Delta. Clients stay in a trailer or tent camp, with only one hunter in camp at a time.
