Update On Situation In ZimbabwePublished: December - 2001 Last year we defied popular opinion and gave the green light to safaris in that country, provided subscribers stayed in constant touch with their on-the-ground operators. This year, we aren't so sure. Those looking to us for guidance on Zimbabwe should know that we have reluctantly gone from bullish to neutral, pending the outcome of the next election. We may well go negative in coming weeks if the current trend toward violence continues. A word to the wise here should be sufficient.
