With a minimum of red tape, they arrange for your hunting license and liability insurance, which can be purchased for one day, a month or even a full year. They can also arrange, through Czech consulates, importation permits for firearms. The price of lodging depends on a client's specific requests or comfort level and on availability in any particular hunting area.

To be fair, some of the lack of success has been due to the fact that I arrange relatively short hunts, usually on just a two- or three-day weekend. Most of the hunting is conducted from high seats or stands placed on field edges. Usually, the guide is in the seat with the hunter but not always.........(continued)
