We immediately phoned Strasser who said the delay was due to a last-minute dispute over concession boundaries. The government wanted to re-survey those boundaries and no hunting would be allowed until that had been done. The good news is, the conflict is over at this writing and another client - not Morgan - is already on his way. Called at press time, Morgan said he and Strasser were closing in on a mutually agreeable make-up date sometime this month. Here's hoping this area lives up to expectations.
