Despite the hepatitis, Lefol says his season in Chad was a bang-up success. In all, he hosted seven hunters, all of whom but one took a Barbary sheep. He says one Chad hunter has decisively broken the western Kudu record, and another may have bested the Dorcas gazelle record. That's on top of taking what should be the new #1 Nigerian bohor reedbuck, several "very good Senegal hartebeest" and a Barbary sheep that will likely wind up about #10 in the world.
Not surprisingly, Lefol says he is booked full next year in Chad and is filling up fast for the year after that. His contact numbers in Paris are listed below. Congratulations, Alain Lefol!
