Coutada 10 Is Sable Hot Spot In MozambiquePublished: January - 2008 Subscriber Michael Axelrod has very good things to say about a safari to Coutada 10 in Mozambique handled for him by Johan Strasheim of Bahati Hunting Safaris Mozambique. Axelrod took a Cape buffalo, and other animals, including a sable. Regarding the latter animal, he says Coutada 10 was full of game migrating to the flood plains and marshes. 'I saw at least 50 sable EVERY day!' Axelrod calls the safari, 'the best hunt I have ever been on.'
Subscriber Mark Todd reports that he took a dandy elephant and a 61-inch kudu in Bobwatha Game Park in Namibia this past September with a company called Pro-Guiding in Namibia, PH John Wamback. The jumbo weighed 75 x 73 pounds. This was my second hunt with Pro-Guiding, he writes. My elephant last year weighed 78 x 76, and that hunt was over in three days.
