As you read this, the May 31 deadline to submit survey reports to the Service will have passed. If Kyrgyzstan managed to meet the deadline we'll have issued an E-mail Extra Bulletin about it and posted it to our web site (www.huntingreport .com). Check there for the latest information. It's important to note, however, that meeting the Service's deadline does not mean permits will be issued automatically. The information must meet the Service's stringent requirements. Also, getting the information at the last minute is going to make it difficult to process permit applications in time for the season opener.
