Don't Fly Through United Kingdom To ZimbabwePublished: February - 2007 Continuing subscribers know we have repeatedly warned gun-toting hunters bound for Zimbabwe not to fly through the United Kingdom on a ticket showing Zimbabwe as their final destination. That's because the UK has a strict arms embargo against Zimbabwe and considers sporting firearms as possible implements of war. Now, we have learned that a number of other hunting countries are on the UK arms embargo list. They include: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Democratic Republic of Congo (former Zaire), Iran, Liberia, Sudan, Uganda and Zimbabwe. The bottom line is, don't fly through England on a ticket showing any of these countries as your final destination.
