Zambia Has Produced A Dandy SablePublished: October - 2006 Turning to the subject of trophies, Zambia has produced a dandy one this year. It's a huge sable taken in Mumbwa GMA July 28 by Steven Fox, owner of the Timberghost whitetail ranch in Iowa. The lucky PH was in an e-mail, dated September 9, Scandrol says the sable will likely be the new No. 1 in SCI. He gives the certified green measurements of the animal as follows: Length: 53 3/8 x 53 3/8. Base: 11 1/8 x 11 1/8. Total score: 129 2/8.
