New Booking AgencyPublished: January - 2006 It's gratifying to see that the international hunting business is still attracting new individuals who want to make a go of it. The latest we know about is Todd J. Rathner of Tucson, Arizona, who has started a new booking agency called the T. Jeffrey Safari Company (Tel. 866-470-0470. Web: www.tjsafari.com). Rathner, an NRA Board Member and Chairman of that organization's Hunting and Wildlife Conservation Committee, plans to focus on affordable African safaris, along with a select group of North American hunts and sportfishing excursions. "Some of our North American offerings are outstanding," Rathner told The Hunting Report near press time. "From whitetails in Oklahoma, to pronghorn in New Mexico, we provide the kind of first-class opportunities guaranteed to keep hunters coming back."
Rathner said he plans to debut his services at the upcoming Safari Club International Convention in Reno. His booth number is 1534. Interestingly, he says NRA President Sandra Froman has agreed to stop by his booth Thursday morning the 19th at 10:30 am to show her personal support for Rathner's new agency. ........(continued) |
