The elephant expeditions are scheduled to take place in Hobatere and Purros/Hoanib River. Hunters will fly into Windhoek International Airport, where they will be picked up and returned at the end of the expedition. Expeditions require a minimum of two, maximum of six, participants. Dates are September 20-30 and November 20-30. The cost is $5,500 per person to cover fixed-wing flying time, cost of GPS collars and other fees, as well as accommodations and meals.
The lion expeditions will take place in the Okavango Delta and are scheduled to run five nights. Groups are limited to two hunters. The cost is $3,600 from Maun. The first expeditions will start at the end of this month and run into August, but others are planned through November.
