Update On CARPublished: January - 2004 Up in Central African Republic, there was a brief flurry of concern last month about security in that country. Turns out, the security alarm was almost certainly created by an individual (or individuals) in neighboring Cameroon, who was trying to scare clients away from CAR. Rest assured, I looked into the situation and could find nothing but good news. After the debacle last year, there is every reason to believe that CAR will have a smooth season this year. Longer term, there are indications this country may be in a general upswing as a hunting destination. Go on a good safari there and file a report afterward!
