Over in Central African Republic (CAR) many operators have canceled their hunting season for 2013. Others will be operating in limited capacity. The reason is that a group of rebels calling themselves "Seleka" blazed a swath through CAR in late December, capturing a number of towns and stopping less than 50 miles outside of the capital of Bangui, demanding the ouster of CAR President Francois Bozize. issued a Travel Warning on December 23 and again on December 28
