Report 8569) caught our editorial staff's eye. Maybe it was that he killed a 170-class desert bighorn in one day, or that the average sheep hunter with this outfitter tags out in two days. There was also the matter of a 185-class desert mule deer. With only those details in the report Teeter filed in our database, our editors started digging, placing a call to Teeter for more details on this highly recommended experience.
Teeter hunted in January, 2012 with Doyle Dale of Dale Ranches in
Sonora, Mexico. Dale hunts a 50,000-acre property, plus has access to another 8,000 acres of mountainous terrain, all contiguous and overlooking the Sea of Cortez north of Kino Bay about 65 miles west of Hermosillo. All the hunting is free-range, with mule deer available throughout and the sheep concentrated on about 14,000 acres of desert mountains......
