Another hunting safari operator has emerged in Liberia. This past July I reported that operator Steve Kobrine
had reopened safari hunting in Liberia and taken his first client. Now I have learned that a second operator will host his first hunters next month. He operates an import/export company in Liberia called West Africa American Trading Company (WAATCO) and has launched Liberia Rainforest Safari
Dougba says he has received a concession in the Belle FasamaGola Rainforest in Gbarpolu County, western Liberia. He is offering some "exploratory hunts," and they are quite cheap: $4,850 for a 10-day duiker hunt, and $9,500 for a 20-day bongo and forest buffalo package......
