info@uganda-wildlife-safaris.com), arranged through Steve Kobrine. He took a 28-inch East Africa sitatunga, a 14½-inch Nile bushbuck, a 21½-inch Uganda kob and a 50-inch Nile buffalo.
Copeland says Weth's sitatunga area is virtually untapped. He and Weth took a boat to a small island Weth had not hunted before and, after walking only 15 yards, came across what he says was a 27-inch sitatunga. "It is a vast swamp, and they have no idea just how many sitatunga are out there," says Copeland. He does not doubt that the area will eventually produce a 30-inch sitatunga.....
