The Republic of Croatia is now the 18th most popular tourist destination in the world, according to the World Tourism Organization, and continues to attract hunters with its abundant game, beautiful landscape, temperate climate and welcoming citizenry. We first reported on the hunting potential in this country in 2004 (see articles 1311 and 1408), and in 2006 we published our first subscriber report (see report 6181 in our Email Extra database) and have since published eight more subscriber reports, including one from long-time subscriber John Monson, who hunted there in March, 2011 (report 8131). Hunting Report Publisher Barbara Crown also hunted Croatia in 2010 and filed a detailed overview on the country (Article 2456).
