Given the number of problems we've seen recently with international hunters facing ever-more-complex regulations for shipping and importing trophies, it's not surprising that everyone is a little jumpy and ready to assume the worst when new hurdles arise anywhere in the world.
In our October issue (page 10) we gave hunters a heads up on new European Union rules governing trophy shipments. Original word of these regulation changes came from The International Council for Game and Wildlife Conservation (CIC), an organization primarily of European hunters.....
