Literally as this issue was going to press, I received word from someone claiming to have cracked Malawi open for hunting. Malawi is a sliver of a country, hugging the coast of Lake Malawi, sandwiched between Zambia and Mozambique. I am still investigating this news, but wanted to inform you about this new possibility right away. The information is from an operator who says he is hunting nyala on a small private concession near Lengwe National Park.
