By now you have probably heard reports that the fall hunting season in Russia is all but cancelled due to continued political fighting between government agencies. While such battles are certainly taking place, we are cautiously optimistic as this issue goes to press that a way forward is still going to be found, if for no other reason because Russia has a long hunting tradition. Resolving this problem in time for a fall hunting season is as important to the Russians as it is to the international hunting fraternity.....
