In our March issue, we ran a mixed report
by subscriber Mark Stevens on a September 2012 hunt in Zambia
with Ian Asherwood's Luangwa Crocodile and Safari (LCS). That report included rebuttal material from Bob Kern at the Hunting Consortium. Since then, we've heard back from P.J. Fouche, who had previously managed the camp Stevens used for part of his hunt, and from K.I. Asherwood.
Fouche, first of all, is upset that he was mentioned in conjunction with this controversy at all.
"I was connected with this hunt when it was booked by Bob Kern. I did receive deposits that I paid to LCS. I never got emailed by Hunting Consortium, and LCS never discussed or emailed me anything while I was in the bush.......
